Definitions:
Customer: means any user of one of our services.
Driver: means the service provider for the customer.
Company: Our company.
1. User rights and responsibilities:
– Rights and duties of customers:
● The customer has the right to evaluate his services.
● The customer must pay the full final cost of the service, and if he rejects the cost, the driver informs the company by phone to take action.
● if any customer makes a fictitious request, his account will be suspended for a period determined by the company based on the case and the customer can ask the company to reactivate his account if the reason for the suspension was not intended.
● The customer is obligated to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle during the service, under penalty of compensation to the driver for damages.
● Obligating a passenger of legal age not to request a service for a minor, under penalty of legal responsibility.
– Rights and duties of Drivers’:
● The driver has the right to know the requests information and locations.
● The driver has the right to know the estimated cost of the service that he will do.
● The driver has the right to reject or not accept a number of services according to the percentage determined by the company.
● the driver should deliver the customer from the point of departure to the point of arrival, passing through any stations requested by the customer .
● in case of any technical breakdown or accident in the driver’s car, the driver will make an emergency alternative request for the customer and inform the company of that.
● If the driver violates professional ethics, the company has the right to take the appropriate measures against the violating driver.
● The driver has the right not to take a service if it appears to him that the customer is a minor. If this is not apparent to him, he does not bear any responsibility during the trip.
2. Policy on the use of minors:
● Minors are prohibited from using the Wi application.
● An adult customer’s obligation is not to request a trip for a minor, under penalty of full responsibility during the trip.
● The driver has the right not to take a trip if it appears to him that the customer is a minor. If this is not apparent to him, he does not bear any responsibility during the trip.
3. Procedures for violating the usage policy :
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate, restrict, or suspend your right to access and use the Wi Application, including for violation of the terms and conditions of use in this Policy or any other conduct that we may deem in our sole discretion to be unlawful or harmful to others or Wi application. In the event of termination, You will not be authorized to access this application.
