Definitions:
Customer: means any user of one of our services.
Driver: means the service provider for the customer.
Company: Our company.
1. Application Description:
Wi application provides a taxi service, through various features commensurate with the customer’s needs.
2. The party responsible for the application:
Wi application is the controller of your personal data collected in our services, and if you have any complaint about the confidentiality of your information, it can be submitted immediately.
3. Contractual relationship:
Your desire to use the Wi application is considered acceptance of the terms mentioned in this policy, and thus a contractual relationship is established between Wi and you. Your reject to agree to it does not allow you to benefit from our services, and that means non-compliance with this contractual relationship, all services will be withheld from you.
4. Information collected by the application:
● The Wi application records basic information about the user, including: (full name / mobile number / e-mail / Facebook page) this information is used as an identifier about the person and is not used in any other type of service.
● The driver will see the last name of the service requester only in order to maintain the confidentiality of the application information.
● The Customer’s information and data are kept for 6 months before being permanently deleted, only the customer’s trip information will remain available.
5. The sources used by the application on the user’s device:
● The application accesses the current location of the user (driver or customer) only when the application is usedto determine the user’s current location.
6. Unsubscribe:
● The user’s account will be deleted in one of two ways :
Deletion by the company: deletion of the user’s account based on his request or as required by the company’s interest.
Deletion by the customer: This case is due to the customer’s desire not to continue with Wi application.
7. Updating the usage policy and user notification method:
Wi application updates this document from time to time, and you will be notified of its change via SMS and in-app notification. Using our Services after we update them constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
8. The rights and duties of the party responsible for the application:
The company retains the user’s profile data, transactions, and other personal data as long as the user maintains his account with the company, and the retention period for this information is determined depending on factors such as potential disputes, and instructions issued by the National Authority for Network Service and other government agencies, We are very careful and transparent about who your information is shared with.
Your information may also be disclosed or transferred if it enters into a joint venture with another business entity, or is purchased or sold to another business entity.
